On the morning of October 14, the Seven Northern Provinces’ Symposium of China Zoological Society was held in the International Cultural Plaza in Capital Normal University.

Experts shared information and discussed about the recent research and progress in such areas as zoological ecology and behavioral science, zoological taxonomy, animal resources and conservation and biological teaching. BMNH Director Meng Qingjin was invited to give a report on the finding of Juramaia sinensis.
