10 o’clock on December 24th, 2011, Dr. Sui Hongjin, Director of Anatomy Department of Dalian Medical University gave a lecture on the most recent plasticization techniques in making specimens.

During the lecture, Dr. Sui, who’s regarded as a master of making specimens with biological plasticizers, introduced to the audience how the specimens of the Code of Whales exhibition were made. The process of making such specimens was quite different from traditional ones.

And after the lecture, Dr. Sui led interested audience to tour around the Code of Whales exhibition and answered various questions raised by them.
